The following Awards will be given in each category.

 

 1. Best Film in English: Cash Prize of Rs.10,000/-                          

2.  Second Best Film in English:  Cash prize of Rs.5,000/-

 

3. Best Film in Tamil: Cash Prize of Rs.10,000/-

 

4. Second Best Film in Tamil:  Cash prize of Rs.5,000/-     

 

5. Special Jury Award (to be given for an individual's artistic contribution to a film in English or Tamil)  :  Cash prize of Rs.2500/-.

 

 

POSTER PRESENTATION AWARDS:

 

The posters will be judged on the following criteria:

 Inclusion and relevance of the theme – “Fight Cancer” 35%

Creativity and originality       35%

Visual clarity and appeal       30%

 

The entries will be judged by a panel of judges and the panel’s decision is final.

 

1st place in English - cash prize of Rs.5,000/-

2nd place in English - cash prize of Rs.2,500/-

1st place in Tamil - cash prize of Rs.5000/-

2nd place in Tamil - cash prize of Rs.2,500/-

 

TALK SHOW AWARDS:

 

1st place- cash prize of Rs. 10,000

2nd place- cash prize of Rs. 5,000
